Hm.  Pondering where to go with this - I think my biggest problem is that neither of the left corners is very compelling to me, which limits the diagonals and pretty much makes a four-corners extra a non-starter.

Most likely bingos:

• vertical down the left side - difficulty: wingfic, 24 hours
• vertical down the center - difficulty: fuck or die, au: fantasy
• vertical down the right side - no real difficulties, but nothing hugely inspiring
• horizontal on the top - difficulty: wingfic, snowed in (because I did it twice last round)

Hm.  Actually, looking at it, the idea of doing a double-line bingo with...well, any of the three verticals I'm looking at, actually...is tempting.  It means all the stuff I've been working on for long stories (Under Contract, The Story You Wouldn't Expect From Me, etc.) goes out the window, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

We'll see once I get my kink bingo board if there are any synergies I can play with there.

Now, what to do with this...the diagonal from upper-left to lower-right is extremely promising, I think, but there's very little on this board that I don't think I can work with at all.  Probably the most difficult from my point of view: guro, bloodplay, breathplay, piercings/needleplay.

Can't really plan this one right now, but I'll come back to it later.

Bingo plans

So, after pondering on the way home, I think I have tentative plans for my bingos.

For Kink Bingo, we have the UL-to-LR diagonal:

• power exchange - the Steve/Darcy fic I'll describe under Trope Bingo
• penance/punishment - light T-rated Buford/Gretchen fic, based around the song "Tuff Enuff" by the Fabulous Thunderbirds.
• wildcard - several options here, not sure how I'll take it yet, but leaning toward one that could get qualified as bondage or sex toys.
• ropes/chains - no specific ideas yet, but not really worried on this square.
• gangbang - this one was more of an issue.  I was having a hard time figuring out a way to do this that was consensual and fit the characters as I tend to visualize them.  The closest I've gotten in any of my stories was the epilogue to I Can Only Stay If You've The Will To Keep Me Here, where Baljeet and Buford were just about to make a Ginger sandwich as we faded to black.  I think I'm likely to take this in a different direction, though, and go with a holodeck-type technology.  The end result will probably be Phinphinphinphinphinphinphinphinbella.

I'm eyeing a double-line bingo for Trope Bingo, the first and third columns:

• wingfic / deathfic - this shouts "Icarus" to me.  Not sure exactly what I'll do with it; I may play with the Icarus myth and subvert it a bit.
• kidfic / bets/wagers - not exactly sure here yet.
• matchmaker / free space - leaning toward Isabella as matchmaker, setting up all her friends while Phineas is still clueless.  (The free space may end up being unrequited love/pining, in this case.)
• slavefic / fuck or die - Steve and Darcy, sent to another world by Loki and enslaved by the beings there, forced to mate for their entertainment.
• twenty-four hours to live / au: fantasy - P&F modern fantasy setting, some sort of Doom spell that needs to be countered/blocked.

I'm not seeing any postage stamps that are really jumping out at me on either card.
